   Apartments were not clean, bed felt like sleeping on a rock, funny smells in the corridors. We asked for a late check out, but the cleaner still arrived the next day at 11am expecting us to have left and the manager Barbara told us pay the cleaner a fee to come back later even though we requested a late check out. When we refused she told us there was another booking so we must leave, but said if we paid the money to the cleaner we wouldn’t have to. Wouldn’t advise staying here poor customer service skills they just wanted money.

   Never stayed anywhere so disgusting in my life... better off booking a 1 star hotel. Sheets had brown stains, sofa bed and cushions had white stains and there were long black hairs in the bathroom. For £180 a night this is terrible. Barbara was extremely rude when we called to raise the complaints and told me she doesn't care about me or my review. Terrible accommodation terrible customer service spend your money elsewhere.

   Horrendous customer service. We booked the apartment for 2 nights nearly a year ago to go see a concert and a show but TWO DAYS BEFORE WE WERE DUE TO ARRIVE from Yorkshire they cancelled on us. No apology, no compensation, no nothing not even a contact phone number. It also looks like he has done this to other people judging by the reviews. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AS YOU WILL PROBABLY GET CANCELLED TO AT THE LAST MINUTE. Appalling.
