Had a great time playing darts at Riley’s, Liam, Faye and Fern were brilliant, helping us with the computer to start the game. We could order drinks from the darts area so we didn’t waste time as the hour went quick. Would definitely recommend Riley’s can’t wait to come back next year.
Came to Rileys Chester on a date with a lovely girl and Mark, Lewis and liam gave us a nice welcome. We ordered a couple of drinks and a pizza with 2 hours of English pool we only got 2 games out of the 2 hours as we couldnt stop laughing. Also the Guiness was lovely and went perfect with the Meat Feast Pizza.
Never been here before really good atmosphere kids very welcomed. Kaden and becky were great and helped us get sorted. We were a little unsure about the cost of the darts board but once we started using it we thought it was well worth the money with loads of games to choose from and adding up was great. We will definitely be back
Such an unexpected good night, we popped into Riley’s before our dinner reservations. We had about an hour, but wished we had longer! We were greeted as soon as we got to the bar by Paul! Such a friendly face, sorted our drinks out as we created our memberships that he talked us through sorting online as Riley’s is members only! Cool! Poured a great Guinness for my boyfriend and gave me a great alternative for the drink I wanted but didn’t have at this branch! Rose spritz was a delight! Thanks Paul! We had a game of the darts, a quick beverage and headed on our way. It was lovely and warm, good music and good vibes! Glad I came, glad I signed up and will certainly be back! Paul’s customer service was exceptional and so was his beard might I add! What a great little gem in Chester!
Stacey is exceptional and a credit to your company. I run a companionship support service for elderly and vulnerable and needed a place to play snooker with a gentleman who has dementia. After finding Riley’s we turned up a bit apprehensive but were immediately put at ease by the lovely Stacey. Firstly she explained the process and suggested we may be better suited to the quiet room so I could work with my client. Since then we have been coming twice a week and are always very well looked after and kindly greeted. Stacey now knows us and has things ready on our arrival and nothing is too much trouble. We have tried many clubs over the past few months but nothing compares to here because of the fantastic service we receive each visit. Thank you to the team for looking after us and Stacey for making such a memorable impression that we continue to return every week and I’ve even begun bringing more of my clients who also love the place and staff.
Booked for the work team to have a bit of mini pub sports tournament. Loads of pool tables, snooker tables, darts boards, etc (as advertised) and they were all in decent condition, but the building felt very unloved, from the entrance to the general atmosphere, not very inviting and felt like a bit of a back street pub. Didn't feel comfortable in there. It may well be more pleasant than I give it credit for, but didn't feel like a nice place - didn't feel comfortable leaving my coat anywhere. That being said, nothing untoward happened whilst we were there and the drinks and facilities did the job so I may be being a little unfair? Probably not going to head back there to find out though - not one for me I'm afraid.
Has plenty of tables for snooker and pool. Snooker room more quiet than main area of pool tables. Darts boards table tennis and bar football also available. Booked in advance as busy place.
Great place to watch sport and play snook, pool, table tennis or darts. There was a large group of us and they catered for us no problem. The food was good too. Pub grub style.
