   DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Bed bug and cockroach infestations weekly, leakages, clogged drain pipes and blocked toilets. Heating doesn’t work but you will be charged as if it does. Lifts never work and neither do the shutters to park your car in the underground garage (which you will still be charged £100 a month for). Staff are extremely rude, never fix any damages or resolve any issues that they are responsible for. Maintenance and management will ignore you and the list goes on. It’s HELL. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

   The worst building ever I have lived.the lifts are always not working if you complain them they don’t care. It’s been 2 months the main lift is not working. They increase rent 20% every year.no matter how worst facilities you have.people get stuck many times in lift with kids but when you call at reception no one pic up the phone. Most tenants left the building because of zero facilities and high rent. The building is full with council people who makes your life hell, with noise and stealing your parcels. Your mails and parcels are not safe . Moving out in this building is best thing I did. If you are moving in this building think 100 times Because you will regret.in winter their is no hot water ,lifts always out of order,mail room is open anyone can steal your parcels.the management is worst of this building

   Avoid this building like the plague! The most incompetent landlords around. Every year they raise the rent (up 35% in a year) and the service gets worse. There are 5 lifts in the building and they never work! When I broke my leg I had to go up and down 10 sets of stairs, and also seen mothers with babies going up and down 13 floors! The shutters to the car park and the main doors never work, so homeless people and thieves can come and go as they please, I’ve seen people sleeping on the sofas in reception and walking around the car park. The amount of attemptrd break ins are unreal and youll see the crowbar marks on the flat doors. There is never hot water so you must have cold showers. The staff cannot communicate in english. Windows not cleaned in the 4 years I lived there. Parcels get stolen from the mail room on a daily basis. 4 years ago the place was great, but it continues to get worse and more expensive to live in. Do not live here as you will regret it!

   Absolutely awful experience. It's a shame, because the location is great and I really liked my flat. I was the first person to live in my flat so it was lovely and clean. But issues started almost immediately. Frequently lifts out of order, with no attempt to fix them for weeks on end. Multiple occasions of no hot water or heating over my 4 years there. Sometimes this lasted for days on end. But the final straw for me was that I had ongoing issues with my toilet, that started pretty much as soon as I moved in. Eventually, it got to the point of me not having access to a working toilet. I had to go to the Whitgift Centre to use the bathroom. I made a complaint about them taking ages to sort out the issue. In response to my complaint, I was told that they would be happy to fix it. However, I would need to leave my property indefinitely for them to do this. The options given to me were to move to another flat, and pay an extra £200 per month in rent, or they would issue me a Section 21 notice (no fault eviction).. Terrible company who only care about money, not tenant welfare. A tenant without access to a toilet for multiple days was of no interest to them...

   Terrible. They were so greedy on end of tenancy charges and will charge you for past tenants’ west and tear. Avoid at all costs.

   I have spent around 3 years into this building and i am extremely happy with the time spent here. Location of property is abslutely awasome, everything is nearby like Market, Bus Stop, Trams, Rail Station etc. Recent maintenence team is awasome as all my maintenence requests are addressed quickly. Previous maintenance team was not good as i have to follow up weeks and months to fullfil my maintenence requests. Most important building is extreme clean, cleaning staff is very good and make all the time property neat and clean. Reception staff is very good and supportive, available all times for help which is very good. The 1 STAR i deducted as i have never seen glass windows cleaned from outside for the building which one point is missing i feel.

   Absolute garbage. No hot water, no electricity at times, rude staff, maintenance is non existent and throughout my 3 years here there has been no window cleaning. I only stayed because was cheap and needed money but honestly wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Please avoid and literally live anywhere else BUT here, even if less facilities etc, all the facilities here are a lie and it's absolutely pathetic

   Cannot overemphasize what a horrific living situation this was. Corrupt and malicious landlords, Criterion. Bugs throughout building. Only one elevator working for entire building of hundreds of flats over a period of over a year. When I lived there we had no heat and hot water for a total of four weeks over the winter. Pipes leaked. Flooding. Garage door left open at all times, creating a security hazard. Do not live here. Do not live here. Do not live here.

   I would strongly advise people to avoid this place. I lived here for over 3 and half years and it got progressively worse. Once Criterion took over the building standards dropped dramatically. Some elevators in the building were constantly breaking down or left broken for a year and a half (at least as I bet they are still broken). There were many building wide fly infestations and constant hot water problems sometimes for weeks at a time. When I moved out they tried to charge me for the whole flat to be repainted because there were some scuffs on the window seal and a pillar. The 24/7 concierge they advertise is a myth and the building is not secure, they even had the furniture stolen from reception. Remember even if they advertise cheap rent you’ll pay with your physical and mental well-being.
