    Unfortunately, I didn't take the name of the gentleman who served me earlier today. Apologies for my probably Politically Incorrect description, however, it was a grey haired, pony tailed and pointy bearded fella! My first time visiting Cash Converters and the experience was brilliant. Had two old mobile phones to sell and had been low balled by online retailers as well as other High Street secondary sellers. I was asked what I wanted and then offered a sum that I was very happy with. Got my cash and was out in minutes. Very impressed with everything and would not hesitate to return to Cash Converters, Northfield for all the services that they offer.

    Bought an xbox one game for.my disabled son, which was damaged and wouldn't install and could not play . Was told by the assistant manager that they cannot issue a refund and didn't have the game to exchange . Absolute cowboys , disgusting they won't issue a refund as other branches would do this no quibble . Update: called trading standards and I am entitled to a full refund plus expenses starting process today.

    I've been to cash converters when I've needed some tech support and guidance for items, that I need for my sister with Autism. I'm not techy at all but everyone at the store is super helpful and very knowledgeable. The last three times I've been in, we've purchased a laptop, phone and iPad and they've all been fantastic. Second hand yes but absolutely fit the bill and we've been buzzing with our cheaper but still excellent items. I really recommend going here anytime and all of the staff are great, very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it and I will be returning myself to get a TV soon.

    Worst shop. Rang to see if my item was available and told them I was on my way to get it. They assured me it was available so I Drove nearly 2 hours and they had given it away. Spent half my day driving there and back for nothing. Terrible service. Not even an apology. They just told me they sold it and then walked away. Don’t waste your time.

    Good shop well stocked helpful staff but I have waited sometimes to be dealt with in q for over 40 minutes and despite the size of the q building up and the amount of counters to serve from they are in no rush ......stay away at busy times

    Was in the store a few days ago when quite an aggressive altercation took place between 2 men in the actual shop. The female store manager assertively calmed the dispute so professionally it looked very natural. I was impressed as a responsibility surely not within her job spec.. the store in my opinion is in safe hands
