   Pawned a tv today the guy in the shop and people that send these reviews will know who im talking about 65 inch still sells for 500 quid only had it 4 months because I had got rid of original stand was told I need get one first to pawn it so spent 30 quid on a stand to appease them then got 130 I will never use that shop again after today

   Used to be a good shop to pawn items now with the new staff on the buying tills especially the black guy they haven't got a clue on pricing. I've pawned loads of items over the years but the last two times the asking price I ask for which is half of the used selling prices of same items online or anywhere they tell me they're not worth as much and try to show me similar items (which are not the same) on CEX website they don't have a clue it's the last time I use them they've lost a regular customer because of unskilled staff!

   My friend went there earlier today to sell my JBL Flip 6 speaker and they accused him that it was robbed and it was fake and they only gave him £8 for it. I’m gonna say this it was fake or robbed and I have an email by JBL confirming my purchase a year ago.

   Review: Initially, customer service was responsive — I received replies within five minutes while negotiating the purchase. However, once I requested to return the product, they stopped responding to my emails completely. I had asked for more photos of the product before purchasing, but my request was refused. When the item arrived, it was in poor condition — dirty, clearly not cleaned before shipping, and with a screen defect that was not disclosed in the listing. I also had to pay for both the delivery and return shipping, which adds to the disappointment, especially since the product was not as described. I returned the item a week ago, and I’m still waiting for my refund. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional — especially from this specific branch. I do not recommend buying from them.

   Such a disappointment. I have used the banbury store for many years and had a good report with the staff. I got £70 on a buyback for 1tb xbox series s console. Worcester offered me £15 and the man that served me kept going on about Cashconverters being a franchise - as if that explained the huge discrepancy. I had to travel an hour back to banbury just to get a fair buyback price. Won't be using worcester again... Such a shame.

   I was so pleased when they made Ian the manager. He is the kindest, most helpful, friendliest guy - and deserves so much respect for the job he does. Since he has been in charge , the staff seem a lot more relaxed, friendly and genuinely happy to help. He is very hardworking and always goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. I always know that if I ring Ian he will do what he can to help me. Nothing is ever to much trouble for him - and no one deserved to be made management more than him. He’s got a good heart, maybe too good for this line of work? If I was management I would never let this guy go! He brings humanity to the work you do!... As a side note - Ian NEVER forgets your name, your other half’s name, your kids name or what’s happening in your life! This is a guy who really does care..
