   Called up Mortgages Plain and Simple one lunch time after releasing it would take 3 weeks to get a phone meeting with new bank for re-mortgage product. After a brief discussion, Austin was able to confirm that was the best product available for us. Austin later notified me that rate would increase following day and he made sure everything was processed that day to secure the lower rate (same product that would have been more expensive we had waited). Austin then had 2 weeks to further process product as provider was only allowing so many applications (probably wrong jargon here), however resolved very early on a Saturday morning. Georgina then was great at communicating the process and information required. Efficient, friendly and hassle free service. Will be going back for next re-mortgage! 100% recommend
