I have been dealing with Macks Properties now for over 5 years and they manage my rentals full management. I reside overseas and the service that I receive is on a very personal level. Though I may not be a lucrative client like many of the other clients, but I am treated like one. In 2020 I had a renovation project that I was hoping to handle myself but with the restriction of COVID was unable to be present there and the whole project was taken care of to a very high standard and within budget. Since then I have managed to check the result and was overwhelmed and that is an understatement. Thank You all in the Team.
What can I say? Neel and the whole team were fantastic from day 1! Any problems we had were listened to and seen to straight away. Neel and Kim are so friendly and super helpful. We were with Macks for just over 3 years and we were genuinely sad to leave. The tenants which Neel selects are all friendly and he actually cares about getting the right people in.
