   A truly amazing place to call home, good proximity to the station, very close to Asda supermarket, Abbey park, Barking community center and library. Everything you need is simply within reach. I'm also impressed with the personnel at the reception desk - Mohammed and Hassan are very professional, responsive to concerns and always willing to help with my queries. I'll recommend for anyone looking to rent in Barking.

   Abbeville Apartments have been a great place to live for me and my family. The management is just great. Muhammad has been very helpful and always ready to respond during the time of our tenancy. Hasan has also helped us since he joined the management team. The maintenance team at Graigers have been very responsive and all issues were resolved timely.

   Living in Abbeville Apartments is a wonderful experience that is hard to come by elsewhere. One of the best things about these apartments is the fabulous management team particularly Mr. Muhammad Khan that runs them. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel like they are part of a community by organizing regular events for both adults and children. Furthermore, the safety measures put in place by the management are outstanding. The concierge team is always on the lookout for the well-being of residents and takes every precaution necessary to ensure their safety. It's truly comforting to know that you can rely on a team of professionals to help you feel secure in your own home. The community spirit and safety features, maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. No matter how big or small the issue may be, the management team is always ready to tackle it without any delay. This ensures that residents can enjoy their homes without any stress or worry. Last but not least, the apartments themselves are breathtaking. The views of London are simply stunning and provide a serene backdrop for everyday life. It's hard not to feel inspired and motivated when you wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. Overall, living in Abbeville Apartments is a truly delightful experience.

   This is third year that we are living here in Abbeville Apartments. There are lots of good things about this place but for us best thing is that ASDA is just downstairs . It is definitely a huge advantage. Second best thing for us is lots of options for schools. Three nurseries and four schools are less than 5 minutes walk. Apart from this barking market, abbey park, convenience stores, restaurants, bus stops and train station are all in close proximity. In terms of amenities building provides 24/7 gym, podium garden, TV room, social area, free wi-fi in the apartments and reception area. Post covid this year, we have witnessed various social events like summer party, Halloween, Diwali potluck and waiting for Christmas event now. Also review can’t complete without mention of the resident services (special mention for Mohammed n Jack), the handyman and security. They are very responsive and responsible. Being managed by Grainger PLC, rather than individual owners or separate agencies, issues are resolved professionally and as quickly as possible without any hassles. Our posts, parcels and packages are safe with concierges. We can collect later in evening so no stress of missing any delivery. I would certainly recommend this place if anyone looking for rent in Barking area.

   Can’t say enough fabulous things about Abbeville Apartments! It really feels like a community with the constant events being organised for all occasions involving children and adults. The safety is above and beyond with our concierge team doing everything to keep the residents happy and safe. All maintenance issues are sorted almost instantly with no fuss which is fantastic! My flat itself is beautiful with rolling views of London. I really do love living here couldn’t recommend it enough!:)

   This is a lovely place to call a home. Our apartment had a 7m long balcony where we got to grow all kinds of vegetables and fruits in! There is a free onsite gym, free internet, lovely tv room and an amazing receptionist and 24/7 security! All of our parcels were looked after, with notification coming through for each one. We also had a nifty app which we primarily used to check our parcels or book the gym through (during the pandemic to limit the spread). Repairs were always prompt and well communicated with plenty of notice before work needs to be carried out - everyone always lovely, friendly and professional. We were lucky to have a view of the park from our apartment, great London location with just 35 mins to city centre and a 15 min walk to a beautiful park! The management here have been amazing - we spent a whole 2 years here and only left because we wanted to get a puppy and unfortunately this is a "no pets allowed" apartment building. If it was, we would have stayed here for another year. Moving in and moving out was a pleasant experience, we got to keep our entire deposit as well which can be a stressful process sometimes - here it was a breeze. They even sent Christmas cards to every resident .. truly lovely place to live.

   Team @ Abbeville Apartment are very thorough and professional and always apprise the upcoming events(within Apartments or community) or maintenance work in advance so people can plan accordingly that makes my stay@ Abbeville Apartment easy and secure. Concierge and security always available and if not at desk then they leave a good note to contact them if needed. Good thing that team always come up with new idea(at different occasion) to bring people within apartment together so they interact each other to build a healthy ambience.

   Grainger is the best company I have ever dealt with as they are very professional and helpful. Abbeville Apartments has wonderful modern flats and the building is provided with a lot of facilities (gym, cinema room, concierge service and more). The staff is always helpful, professional and friendly and they look after all tenants. You gonna find here your dream home. Highly recommend.
