    I attend the hub to access CBT for my mental health with a 1-1 be well coach The hub offers a calm and happy environment from the second you walk through the doors. Everyone is welcoming but there is a lady called Katy on reception and she is such a kind hearted and bubbly Lady. Katy is perfect front of desk if you arrive to the hub feeling down, worried or anxious I promise you within 2 minutes she will have you feeling happy an laughing she is a genuine kind and caring lady. If I arrive at the hub and Katy is not there I feel disappointed. Thank You Katy for being so lovely. Chrissy Rix
