   Ricardo provided exceptional service from the first conversation I had with him. He has gone above and beyond even after passing me over to the property manager and has personally been involved with helping sort out some (which are now) minor issues and quickly salvaged what was turning out to not be a great experience and made it a good one. Fantastic experience dealing with Ricardo all round and if possible I would love to have him as my official property manager (even though I know that’s not his role). The realtor industry needs more Ricardo’s for sure!

   So I brought my first flat through Daniels I will say the overall experience was fine I think they were having a few staff issues in the Downham branch which was apparent as one temporary member of staff said she had spoken to my solicitor when she hadn’t she didn’t even have the right one! Which was very frustrating but Russell completely saved the day he swooped in and took over and put me at ease he gave me a direct number and was always at the end of the phone when I needed him he totally saved the day he was a total godsend if I could give a person a star rating he would get a 10/5 he’s incredible but the rest of the team need to step it up a bit!

I acted as the intermediary for her as she is infirm and wanted me to assist in the sale's process via Daniels Real Estate Agents, which I did and am very pleased with the outcome for her; fully appreciative of the work that Daniels put into the sale from initial meeting all the way up to exchange yesterday.
