   Momento has so far been a very nice place to live. We have felt very welcome here since minute one. The front staff are extremely friendly and try very hard to create an inclusive and fun atmosphere. Inayah is a prime example of excellent service. From giving tours to locating lost parcels and beyond, she really has a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude. She has made us feel well taken care of, to the point where if anything does go wrong we always say ‘lets go speak to Inayah, she’ll sort it out’.

   Mimi is absolutely amazing! She always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are supported and satisfied. When we had a plumbing issue, she immediately followed up, coordinated everything efficiently, and made sure it was resolved without any hassle. There have been several times I needed urgent help or administrative support, and Mimi has always handled it with professionalism, patience, and kindness. She even helped me effortlessly find a missing parcel today, something that truly made my day! She never has an attitude, she listens, understands, and acts quickly. Mimi has such a positive approach; she’s articulate, kind, and genuinely cares about residents. In a time when good customer service is rare, Mimi truly stands out. She’s approachable, reliable, and gets things done without stress or excuses. I’m super thankful that Momento has someone like Mimi on their team. She’s an excellent member of staff and a true asset to the team.

   I really enjoy living at Momento Barking Wharf. The apartments are nice, clean, and in a great location. The building feels safe and well looked after. A special thanks to Inayah — she’s always so helpful and friendly. She really makes things easier and is quick to sort out any problems. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it!

   I moved to London recently and wanted to find a place to which I can call my home. I found out about Apo Barking through a friend. First I was not sure about it but when I visited the place I was amazed. Newly built spacious apartments from 1 Bed to 3 Bed and studio. They are all modern in style. Rent is pretty reasonable for the space you get plus the rent includes free wifi. The apartments are located almost 6-7 min walk from the barking station with tons of convenient stores with lots of Grocery shops including various Halal options as well. Right across the Apo barking apartments there is a huge park where you can chill and relax. Apo Barking apartments comes with various amenities and facilities. Tenants have the option of taking fully furnished or unfurnished apartments. Plus all the apartments comes with washer/dryer , dish washer , fridge freezer and much more to get you settled in right away. There is a residents gym with no extra charge plus there is a social space where you can come meet other residents or if you are working from home then social space it is. If you want to host or throw parties Apo barking offers spacious roof terrace along with huge kitchen space for cooking grilling and baking along with various lounge spaces. I would highly recommend anyone coming here who is looking for an apartment. Come to barking and here you will meet people from various backgrounds and ethnicity. The entire community is great. Lastly the admin team at Apo Barking is extremely friendly and cooperative.

   I have been living at Apo for over a year now and it has been a very pleasant experience. The co-working space is a really great facility(free Wifi ;P) to have as I often work from home. Having an onsite team is also helpful in case I have any enquiries or maintenance requests. The host team is extremely helpful and especially Iga who always goes above and beyond. The only thing that Apo needs to improve is their energy supplier – Community Utilities.

   This apartment complex is a great place to live. They have great food venders that come to the complex weekly, the maintenance man Is always happy to help. The hosts are always so helpful and kind, especially Iga! She is so diligent and goes out of her way to help, she really cares about making residents feel comfortable. I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the lack of gym equipment and the size. Also would like to see the lifts cleaned better, especially the mirrors!

   Having lived in APO Barking for over a year, I absolutely love this place. The management are super friendly and really responsive! The APO gym is fantastic and I also use its shared co-working space all the time. I just think this whole development is a breath of fresh air in Barking! You're all doing an awesome job guys :-) P.S: the only teeny tiny thing I'd change is if we residents could use the toilet in the shared co-working space! If it's possible... that would be AWESOME

   Apo Barking has really nice apartments. I had a very lovely experience at the rooftop of one of the buildings. It's a cool place to take pictures as well. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Barking Train Station and there are several outdoor markets close to the area.
