   From the outset the service and professionalism from both Ivan and Glenn has been outstanding. They provided excellent support and guidance to steer us through the selling of our property (my late mother's house) which was more complicated given the fact that I live a considerable distance from the location. Aside from this Glenn has been a huge support and brilliant advisor always making the time to listen patiently and answer any questions or concerns we had.    Superb experience from the beginning. Glenn and Ivan were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, keeping us in the loop at a minimum weekly basis. Were always willing to guide us with information and be flexible when it came to viewing the property on multiple occasions. Their clear communication was always key for us, as we wanted to know what was happening, especially with the property going through the probate process and us having little knowledge on the steps.
