Lived here for a few years since it was built. Compared to other blocks it’s quiet. The parking is mostly allocated and owned by residents who have a lease hold. Neighbours are good, not had any issues. It’s not the land of milk and honey by any stretch with minor issues as anywhere you’d live but overall a good place to live.
