   I would not recommend them as their communication is non-existent. It is impossible to get anyone to respond to an email, let alone answer the phone. I have had to go and sit in their physical office to get anyone to speak with me. Avoid wherever possible.

   we have been a tenant for 1 year with them. they are highly unprofessional and simply disrespect you without reason. you can't speak with them like an adult. they bind you to a fixed term contract and even if landlord is ok to change it they wont do it as they are bunch of manipulative people. they are unavailable on phone. don't attend/answer any phone calls to discuss the exit strategy. luckily my landlord is a sensible and extremely good person who realized their dirty manipulative tricks and returned our full deposit. I myself a landlord in London and i treat my tenants with respect and address their concerns. i wouldn't call them parasites but guess that's what they are. stay away and do yourself a favor avoid them.

   The most unprofessional state agents. Never in the office never answer a call. Only look after landlord interests. Have links to some unprofessional and dodgy inventory company who at the end of tenancy just want to take all your deposit and including things which are simply not true or things they ignore which were there at the start of tenancy but they blame it on you. However, the dispute went to DPS adjudicator and he simply rejected their claims because they submitted check-in and check-out pics taken before I started my tenancy and I got my full deposit back. So foolish and unprofessional.

   Thought they had gone out of business! Tried to contact all day Monday and Tuesday without any luck. Eventually got a call back so I could put in my formal offer on one of their properties. Am yet to hear anything from them regarding a counter/decline. Property has now been removed from right move. I'm yet to be contacted with any update. Clearly they aren't to bothered on weather they sell their property's or not

He is a professional and a gentleman like there are not many left and together with his team deserves all our gratitude and appreciation. We bought our house eight years ago and already back then we had been pleased with their services. When the time came for selling it again we had no doubt as to which estate agent to choose. Whether you are buying or selling I highly recommend Humphriss & Ryde.

   Steve was proactive, professional and efficient throughout the whole process of our moving home. I was extremely impressed by how he used his initiative to make and maintain regular contact with solicitors/agents/landlords at all points of the chain to ensure that any unforeseen problems were quickly dealt with. It was reassuring to have his mostly daily feedback on progress which took the pressure off us and instilled confidence. Matthew gave invaluable initial advice and it was clear the teamwork between Alan and Steve helped things run smoothly if either was away from the office. Steve's skills and actions enabled us to complete on both our sale and purchase within 15 weeks - and this was with Christmas in between! If you are thinking of moving home I would definitely highly recommend Steve.

   Alan found our buyer and helped us through a very difficult conveyance process. There was a chain and one of the solicitor's involved was painfully slow in getting things done and needed to be pushed all the way to the exchange of contracts. The sale would not have happened without Alan's perseverance and communication skills. The service offered throughout by Alan & his colleagues Steve & Matthew was outstanding. I recommend Humphriss & Ryde without hesitation. This is a very professional team, fully committed to their clients.
