Staff were v efficient and we had offers within a week, I remember stupidly thinking 'wow they didn't do alot for the fee, the house sold itself' but that wasnt the case... not foreseeing the buyer seller issues that were to occur over the next couple of months . We chose Robinson jackson because a family friend highly recommended them. From the first initial conversation i knew i had every faith in them. Very professional and certainly know their stuff. I prefer the estate agents that work on commission rather than a flat fee as you know they will get the most for your property. As our property is currently rented we wanted to disturb the tenets as less as possible and was reassured by Nick that they only will show buyers round that already have a mortgage in principle in place and proof of deposit. Basically no time wasters.Nick was quick at getting it vauled and taking the pictures. He advised us we needed an indate epc and the next day his guy Andy was round there. I was recommended Robinson Jackson to sell my mother’s house when she passed away. It was an old house in terrible condition and I wasn’t confident it would sell for a good price.
