We went to watch Dhurandhar yesturday evening for the 19:40pm showing and after 3 years 1st time we went to this film and it was a film to watch ..brilliant performance and film! It reminded me of how bad the service is there! Whilst the Cinema had a refit and does look much better the service of the staff remains poor! We were waiting to be served by a young girl who was very smiley and welcoming but she looked drained and was very young and was serving all the customers at this busy period on her own. It was busy as everyone came to watch the same film and by the way this film is absolutely brilliant so watch it.. but there was 1 staff member taking orders and then we were placed in a queue to await food collection at the other side .. by 2 people behind the kitchen who were very slow and cudnt find anything.. at this point every customer was waiting to get served and a-lot of customers were complaining that we will miss the film in which we did miss 10 minutes going into the film just because the the Uxbridge staff was on their Christmas party and there was another set of Guildford team came to cover as one point the manager for the night cudnt find anything and cudnt open the fridge until one person said sorry I work here but am off but you slide the doors open and I would have thought any odeon cinema had same setting or fridges at least! She was clueless! She did try and was nice and polite but she just didn’t know where anything was! And worst is thing was only 2 members getting orders ready and the manager should have thought to Open another till up to make it faster as we missed 10 minutes waiting! Then we go in and sat on our Recliner’s which were very comfortable and nice chairs to the cinema but only to be told by another member of family we sitting in their seats! We showed our tickets and the same seats were double booked and this now 20 minutes into the film! Then they went to sort it out with management outside and then security which really annoyed us along with the manager came to see our tickets and then said can you come outside disturbing whole cinema and me and my husband were fuming at this point ..my husband said my wife not moving and went outside to talk to them in which they just gave a free ticket for next film but we already missed half n hour of the film so it’s not enough and we really are angry .. the cinema needs more staff and really need training on being efficient and faster and more tills open and how they respond and resolve problems is unprofessional! Absolutely fuming of how bad the staffing levels are and much more of what happened yesterday night!

First visit to this Odeon cinema in the Chimes Shopping Centre, Uxbridge. Quality cinema, plenty of parking & walking distance of the underground station. Watched “Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere”. 5 stars, great acting, soundtrack..

I had a wonderful experience at Odeon Luxe. The quality was outstanding, from the comfortable seating to the clear sound and picture. Everything felt premium and well-maintained. It's the perfect place to enjoy a movie in comfort and style. I highly recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 Stars) - A Premium Experience with a Premium Price Tag The ODEON Luxe in Uxbridge offers a top-tier cinema experience. The fully reclining leather seats are the height of comfort, the Dolby Atmos sound is grest, and the screens are pristine. It's a fantastic, luxurious way to watch a film. However, this luxury comes with a painfully high cost. The ticket prices have soared, and the concession stand is extortionate. Paying over £6-8 for a standard drink and even more for a small popcorn feels unreasonable. The overall cost for two people to see a film and have some snacks is now a significant financial outlay, making what was a regular treat into an unaffordable luxury. While the experience is excellent, the value for money has been completely lost. I will be limiting my visits to only 2-3 must-see films per year, as it's simply far too expensive for a regular outing nowadays.

ODEON Luxe Uxbridge Location: 302, The chimes shopping centre, Uxbridge UB8 1GD We love this cinema, very modern and extremely comfortable. FEEL EVERY MOMENT WITH IMAX Floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall, it’s in your face wherever you look. Meanwhile, massive sound places you at the heart of the action for a truly unforgettable experience. Several screens with multiple screening times. Good signature with plenty of bathrooms and a large refreshments bar for drinks and snacks. The sound quality is unbelievable and crystal clear. The picture quality is incredible, and I always feel entrapped into the movie. Remarkable experience that allows me to shut off from the world and be a part of the movie. Absolutely amazing . Always feel very safe and comfortable here and of course the carpark is a part of the same building. Perfect access.

Enjoyed movie. Had to wait a bit until screen was ready. Had premiere seats, but not much difference, apart from price! Seats were a bit grubby. But overall a good cinema.

Nice and clean! Not very big screens. Better viewing from the middle rows! We personally prefer the premier seating as the seats are a lot more comfortable and the leg space is also better. The regular seating feels tight. The washrooms can be messy sometimes on a late show. Decent amount of food options but you can also take your own non alcoholic drinks and your own food(no hot meals). In the evenings Parking is £2/- from 6pm-1am hourly charges applicable otherwise. Park on the 2nd floor just outside the cinema makes it’s easier when leaving!

Amazing experience. Great cinema. Theater is excellent. Took off 1 star because NO ICE!! The guy said they have not had ice for a couple of weeks. Drink was not cold anymore 15 minutes into the movie.

Been a while since I last visited the Chimes Odeon. The place is still clean as ever and offers a range of facilities, including warm snacks, pic n mix and a Costa coffee. Service was friendly and plenty of seating and toilets enroute to screens. The seats in the screens are not particularly comfy so worth paying extra for the premium if you want a little more space.
