   If you are looking to sell your house this a must read but if you just want to read the first line then if you go with any other estate agent other than Gary Lintorn then don’t expect the best. Ok cards on the table when selling my house recently I had no choice with what estate agents we used etc as we were selling the home due to a divorce, so it was easier if I let her decide etc … Whilst so many are just drawn to the big high street names estate agents, but honestly these days no advantage as like all the big high street company Gary is with all the major sites, the only difference is with Gary you will get exceptional professional service. But once the instruction was given Gary very quickly arranged for the photos and wow very professional, Immediately Gary had the house listed on all the major websites but the real difference is the additional social media advertising which the big high street companies do not do and let’s be honest nowadays social media is a very powerful platform and it got lots of attention (dare I say but with Gary’s database of people looking to sell / buy I think the social media platforms worked even better) . An open day was arranged and again Gary goes out of his way with the vetting to ensure any potential buyer is serious and have funding etc in place. Once the offers were in, again Gary provided us with a breakdown and also highlighted any concerns etc, Gary then automatically follows up with any offer to ensure maximum price is achieved. Okay so you are thinking that’s what all estate agents do, but where Gary really steps up for the rest of the process, Gary is very active and constantly on the case to ensure its progressing through the system with the solicitors and keep you as the seller and buyer fully updated. Gary is available to assist and available to answer any questions or concerns you may have 7 days a week. It was a real pleasure to deal with Gary and I can honestly say he made the whole process of selling our house am enjoyable experience. So, if you are looking to sell, buy or rent then I can recommend Gary Lintorn Estate Agents high enough, he definitely does what it says on the tin ‘Let me get you moving’ I really can’t thank Gary enough Ian

   We chose to sell through Gary as we wanted a different experience to selling through a high street chain. He managed to get us many viewings on our first open house, and we accepted an offer within a couple of days of this. Gary was always available for any queries and questions throughout the process and was helpful and supportive with issues that arose along the way. It was nice to have a more personal service than we had experienced in the past with other estate agents, and also to have an agent who was contactable outside of standard office hours. We would recommend Gary to anyone looking to sell their house around the Dartford area. Thank you Gary (and Joselle) for all of your help in getting us moving!

   We had an excellent experience with Gary when we sold and bought through him. Gary was marketing a house on a road we loved, so he kindly arranged a viewing for us, needless to say we fell in love and offered the same day. Our property wasn't yet on the market, but Gary managed to help us secure the house we wanted. We then instructed Gary to sell our property, and it was sold within a week! Unfortunately our buyers ended up withdrawing a few months later, but Gary was quick to jump back on the case and secured us chain free cash buyers. Gary also kept the sellers on standby, and we were able to proceed with buying our lovely house. Thank you Gary for keeping it all together for us, we are extremely grateful!
