   Shocker of a place, rude staff, basically said I was lying about the problem with my order. Chicken practically flew through my door, stuck the Tele on and told me to do the washing up it was that raw. Absolute chancers. Ended up getting a refund through FoodHub. If you're ever hungry, I advise to wait until breakfast time. DO NOT USE!

   Awful! Ordered chicken tikka starter, chips, and donner parmesan. The chicken in the parmesan was RAW!! I mean really raw! When I called to express this, i was told it can't be raw as it's cooked fresh. I offered to take it in or send pictures and was told a manager would call me in 5 mins. After 10 mins, I called back to be told the manager is out on deliveries and would be another 20 minutes. Very bad telephone manor when a customer has a resonable complaint. Raw chicken is not ok. Also when I called the second time the guy who answered said "chicargo" when I questioned this they run both shops, I was unaware of this have often ordered from there but won't be from now on.

   I get delivered food after 95 minutes and food absolutely frizzy Rubbish food, rubbish customer service the driver, absolutely rude customer service they are rude food cold I don’t recommend anyone one buy from this take away

   Used to order regularly from here as the food was good and service was great but the last order the driver refused to enter the building, lied and said the intercom was broken (brand new system installed weeks earlier) and told me I could come down to the car park for it if he would throw it away. Called the takeaway to complain and the manager was rude and abusive and told me that he was not giving me a refund and hung up. Not sure what’s happened to this place but shop staff and drivers have no idea of customer service. If you want foul mouthed abuse then use them, if you actually like to get the service you have paid for then avoid them like the plague

   I ordered the parmesan and a small Quattro cheese pizza and to be honest the parmesan was ok not too bad . Decent size and decent price ratio . The pizza was decent too . Not much negative things to say really other than the chips being a bit dry and weird tasting . Delivery was fast and would order again most definitely. (17-05-2020) . I ordered a few more times and each time is different . One order came but was missing a drink . They did deliver the drink after 2-3 hours . I ordered another time and they gave me the wrong parmesan . I did not complain tho purely because I was starving . Sometimes delivery is slow . Overall they are an ok place but each time I order I get a different experience .

   Don’t even want to give this place a star, first the driver got in my face because he wouldn’t listen when I was trying to say he was over charging me.. only £3 but he got angry.. Checked my order when I got it an I was missing a cheesy chips. So missing item an getting over charged! Try to talk to the manger but he said I wasn't getting no cheesy chips and I wasn’t getting my money back either.. wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place! It’s a joke
