The thing that stuck me the most from Amar’s first visit is that he was so relatable and listened. An amazing experience which made our sale quick, smooth and stress free. For first time movers He made everything easy and He was readily available to recommend some utility companies with the best prices even when he didn’t have to.    Shockingly Unprofessional & Uninhabitable Property Handover - AVOID ​This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional letting agency we have encountered in our long history of renting. ​Despite three weeks of continuous communication with both Nav and Amar, explicitly confirming that the property required an end-of-tenancy clean before our move-in date, the agency failed entirely. It is the letting agency's fundamental responsibility to inspect the property and ensure it is in a reasonable hygienic and habitable condition before key handover, a duty they completely neglected. ​Refusal of Inspection and Condition: Nav refused to meet us at the property for the move-in inspection and inventory check, which is highly unprofessional. Upon being forced to collect keys from the office, the reasons for this refusal became clear: the property was uninhabitable. We discovered: -​Significant damp and mould patches on the wall, previously hidden by furniture. -​Rotting food left in the dishwasher. -​Filthy appliances, including the oven, fridge, and freezer, along with uncleaned cabinets and surfaces. ​Failed Resolution & Stress: We were repeatedly given false information regarding a contractor who was supposedly coming to carry out work prior to moving in. This added immensely to the stress and delay of our move. After chasing the agency for weeks and receiving no satisfactory response, we had no choice but to arrange and pay for our own end-of-tenancy cleaners on Day 3 of our tenancy. ​We will be making a formal complaint and escalating this through official channels if we are not reimbursed for the cleaning costs we incurred due to the agency’s negligence. ​Avoid using this agency at all costs. Their staff are highly unprofessional, and their communication is appalling, with numerous emails being sent and receiving no satisfactory written reply.

   I used OC homes to help sell my property in Romford and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They delivered the personalised service of a local firm and a professionalism you would normally get through a big firm. The process was from start to finish was outstanding. The initial consultation and guiding me through the process of getting the property on the market and they used very good marketing techniques to get the footfall in the property and it sold in very quick time. The service after the accepting the offer was excellent too both in terms of the digital portal where you got real time updates and also they were available anytime I needed them.    We always try to Support locals business and when Tony visited us from one click homes we were confident we had made the right decision. He knew the market and the best way to sell our property and exactly what it could potentially be worth. He advised on realistic timeframes and he was not wrong; within 3 days of our home being on sale we had 11 offers- in less than a week, we had sold our home as OC had utilized their client base to attract a large number of potential buyers. Tony was highly motivated and contactable throughout the entire sale process (and after!!) putting us at ease. Even after the sale, Tony looked after us and made us feel welcome in our new home.    I was helping my friend sell his property as he had been unable to do so via other agencies. One click homes is a company I had heard of a number times in positive terms, so I advised my friend to try them. As my friend lives away from the area it was left to me to deal with the agent and process. I'm so glad I went with One Click Homes. The process was seemless and the team handled everything so quickly. The process took around 2 to 2.5 months to find buyers and complete. I honestly could not have asked for better service and will certainly be using One Click Homes in the future.
