   The team at Accord have been outstanding. Renting through them has always been seamless, with consistently friendly and professional service. Amanda, my main point of contact, has been exceptional. She is always responsive, informative and genuinely supportive, doing everything she can to ensure things run smoothly. Any issues have been dealt with promptly, often with same-day visits from their maintenance team. Georgie has also been fantastic, carrying out property inspections with efficiency and care, and always offering a friendly voice on the phone. If I weren’t moving out of Accord’s area, I would have been more than happy to continue renting through them. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

   Paul has probably been the most approachable and professional estate agent we came across during our house hunting as buyers. From the moment we first spoke to him we felt he understood our situation and he always ensured that our messages were passed on to our seller promptly. We can honestly say that had it not been for Paul's help and professional yet very kind manner, we would not have been able to complete especially as we were in a chain and there were a few issues at the top of the chain.
