   Purchased a puppy toy for Christmas, and was destroyed within the hour, less durability than a childs toy, the stuffing was the dangerous nylon wadding and squeakers could have been swallowed. Returned to store for a refund, and clearly told tough, the lable states dont leave your animal alone with the toy. Staff were very rude to assist or even listen to my concerns. Personally avoid buying any toys from Pets at home as they are very dangerous to your pets

   The best place to go for grooming! Ellie and Molly groom our dogs and they are well looked after every time, they spoil them. We have been bringing them here for uears and they always take good care of my dogs.

   We had a lovely pet workshop today with a lovely patient lady called Jen. I had 5 children with me aged from 1 to 13 years old. We petted the Guinea pigs and fed the fish. We learnt lots of interesting facts too. The children were given a goodie box to take home. Thank you so much Jen

   Went into this store to try and find a bed for my hamster. Was shocked at the small cages not only being sold for animals to live in, but where they let their rabbits live. Especially when I saw two rabbits rammed right into the back of the store in the tiniest cage, they couldn't even hop about! They physically cannot move!!! Their hutches and cages are not up to welfare spec size for any small animal. Poor animals. Please avoid buying these small, awful cages for your pets. Please see Blue Cross or RSPCA for the correct sizes for animal cages.

   We popped in to the store ,looking for a specific type of bed for each of my dogs. We had a good look around ,but couldn't make up our minds . The young lady there Jenni , came across and asked us what it was we needed and straight away led us to what was the most suitable bed ,to match our requirements !. She could not have been more helpful , she really listened to what we were needing ,and did not push us into anything , which is quite unusual as some pet shops !. She was just so knowledgeable about their products an so kind . She asked us if we had their app , to which we replied ,that because of us being older and Technophobes , we woudn't be able to do it . Jenni then took us to another member of the team , made sure she explained to the lady (Laura) , that we were in need of help with the app . before leaving us . Laura too was so kind , explaining everything to us ,getting us the app . (and the discount ) . We cannot recommend this store highly enough ,the customer service ,being second to none . Well done Pets at Home ,we will definitely , be seeing you again !.
