   Excellent communications ordered a P.E top in a size that was on back order everytime I emailed for an update I had a reply in less than 24hrs sometimes within an hour. Each time I had an update i had the choice of a refund or to wait I chose to wait as its a size that isn't stocked in any other supplier it was delivered today and I'm happy with the product excellent customer service Thanks Again

   After waiting over 4 weeks for items with no communication whatsoever, one member of staff extremely rude. Will not be ordering from here again and will warn friends and family about them too. Very disappointing service.

   Came in on Saturday and only waited less then 5 minutes to be served the woman was lovely I didn’t have a clue what size my daughter was in clothes as they go off inches and she straight away new what size she would be in I was in and out within 20 minutes so if you don’t want queue up outside of slaters for hours then make you’re way here there super quick and friendly

   the place is good, but some people who work there are too angry and don't try to help you. I really do not recommend it. They should have people with more patience and willingness to help the customer. I now visit it and was very disappointed.
