Poor quality and how do you not have uniform in stock being only place to buy the branded uniform from. Told today they don't have my kids size in blazer and told they will not have any stock in until summer

Uniform hoodie did not last very long at all before broken and colour did not last… went to by a new one on the only day i could and shop was closed. Previous uniform before changed to new one lasted so long. Must be poor quality from your suppliers. But if no one tells you, you dont know . So I am.

My first experience of shopping with this shop today. I was in and out within 15 minutes with everything my child needed for secondary school! The young girl who served me (claw clip in her hair and green writing on the back of her top) was absolutely amazing and a credit to the store! She offered sizes that were perfect, offered to let us try different sizes, offered the use of the changing room and chased us down thinking we had left our phone there (it wasn't ours but we appreciated the gesture!) Thank you!

I wish I didn't have to use this shop but it seems it has a virtual monopoly for some school uniforms. Unwelcoming shop, physically and staffing. Some older staff are just so grumpy and you feel like you've disturbed something important the second you walk in. If you go at weekends or school holidays, it seems to be staffed by a group of very young girls who stand round chatting and applying lip gloss, they have no knowledge at all, totally unhelpful on sizing, stock levels, order times etc. The shop keeps going mainly because it has an historic presence and because it still has a monopoly on the area. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else!

Helpful to my daughter, expensive uniform for 2 girls can't imagine how someone on low income etc can cope also not very convenient for families unable to drive in Runcorn to get there as this is only stockest of the school uniform

Best uniform shop in Widnes, staff are very friendly and helpful. Owners are very reliable and go above and beyond to help. The women who own it shut part of the shop for a customer with a disability to be served in private. Need more businesses like this who take on young girls without experience, also seen some of the girls be spoken to terrible. Everyone has to start somewhere!

Staff are literally about 16! With no adult in sight! They stand around gossiping and giggling at each other, when asked when something will be in stock its ALWAYS the end of the week, they told me that 6 weeks ago at the start of the summer hols and still no stock! It's the most unorganised shop I think I've ever seen! Only getting 1 star because I cant give 0!

One older lady with dark hair is really not very friendly at all. My 4 year old was about to wet herself but she wouldn't let her use the toilet. Not very helpful at all.
