   I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I’ve been trying to contact them by phone, emails and instagram. I’ve even left comments under their posts and they keep deleting them. Ordered on 7/12 and absolutely no movement on the order that was due to arrive 15/12. Looks like I have been scammed so would advise others to avoid!

   Can't fault this company. I ordered an air hockey table and a table football on 22nd December and it arrived at 10am on Christmas Eve. There was a hiccup with the delivery slot but a call to their customer services team solved this within an hour. The queue was long, but they had a call back service so no stress there and the lady who called me back was really efficient and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. Products are of a good quality for the price as well.

   Ordered 2 hoodies on the 29th November. Was told would be 2-4 day delivery. Was then told it is not in stock after purchasing. Still not arrived. When calling customer service team you are around 40-70 in the que. press 1 for callback and you do not receive call back. I would avoid using this company from my experience.

   I ordered a rebound net but after purchase (paying 50 for 4-8 day delivery) there is a new caption in the product description saying it will be posted in Late Jan 2026! That was not in the delivery details. Emails with the company are 3-5 days between replies, and they say they will discount a larger net if I pay more. Stupid me, I did pay extra, now i get no replies at all. It's 16 days since ordered and hard not to feel like I have been scammed

   I paid nearly £44 for next day delivery. Delivery £38.95 Fuel Surcharge £3.90!!!!!! Only 1 of the 5 or 6 items turned up the next day. The one which did turn up was absolutely battered in the post as shown below. No reply from customer service. Opened a PayPal dispute. Customer service asked me to close the dispute and they would solve it but I have no confidence that this will take place, based on the review below. 2 stars as the products are actually decent enough.

   I spoke to Jade this morning and she was absolutely brilliant. We’d just bought the Forza basketball hoop for our 11yr old son who is a fanatical basketball player. Unfortunately, due to a weekend where we had stormy weather and having not completed filling the base with sand, the hoop blew over during the night and fell face forward onto the ring. This caused the ring to flatten slightly at the front and also be pushed upwards due to the weight. Being steal there is no way we could reshape it or force it downwards. I called the company to ask how we go about purchasing a replacement ring as our son hadn’t even used it and was in tears. After putting me on hold for a few brief moments, Jade had spoken to her manager and between them they very kindly arranged for a replacement ring to be sent out, FREE OF CHARGE, as they could see that we had only just bought it. Fantastic customer service and experience in every way. Jade was excellent on the phone, very professional, thoughtful and efficient. 11 pit of 10 for the her and her Manager. Thank you VERY much from our son too!!

   I been purchasing my cricket equipment/Mats, gears from Net World Sports from a while now however I am not a person usually right review until unless service is exceptional. All the products I brought are of high quality with best price in the market. Customer service is exceptional. They are very professional and flexible in accommodating customer request. Team is really striving hard to make customer experience enjoyable and hassle free. Special Dan of sales went extra mile to help out with my order which I placed wrong and he kindly corrected with no hassle!! Appreciate it.

   My ordered arrived very quickly and a few weeks later when building one of the items for our sons birthday we noticed a part was missing inside the box Samantha at customer service very quickly and fuss free arranged a replacement to be with us next day. We are delighted with how quick and easy it was contacting this company to get this sorted! Not very often you come across a company that is easy to contact and resolve any issues. Will definitely use them again in future. Thanks

   I've purchased quite a few sports items from here, mostly football related and the service, quality of product and promptness of delivery have always been amazing. Can't fault it one bit. Even when I had a slight problem, Imogen from the Customer Care team sorted me out in a matter of minutes. Top drawer service. Highly recommended.

   I purchased three items. Two arrived the next day which was exceptionally prompt. I spoke with Dan in customer service who was a star. He tracked my missing item and ensured I received it the next day. The quality of items is fine for me - mid level and this is reflected in the price. I am content with items, Dan in customer service and my overall experience.
