   Isabelle from Cineworld Bexleyheath was excellent and very quick with her service. We pestered her with quite a few three codes which she couldn’t scan and had to type each one out individually but she didn’t complain and typed it out one by one very quickly. She was amazing with the service!!!

   For the price and quality you can’t go wrong. The chairs do hurt your back after awhile but then for the price it’s okay. Popcorn and hot food are okay, they do let you bring in food from outside too. Loos, are hit and miss, sometimes they are clean other times they aren’t. But it’s all liveable and workable.

   Not perfect but great. Overall, location is clean close to other places (such as shops) and plenty of parking available close to it. In the evening you can even park for free, or in weekends. The inside is clean, with many screens, some bigger, some smaller. The audio quality is good, the chairs are reasonable comfortable but, in my opinion, doesn't worth upgrading to VIP (or similar) as it is not a significant difference in the comfort. The staff is friendly and prices really reasonable.

   The service is really fast when checking in and the staff were generous to start the movie late so people wouldn't miss the movie. The atmosphere is pleasant and hygienic. I would recommended watching your favorite movie in bexley cineworld.

   Visited yesterday. 5 boys hanging around having fun while we are waiting to be served. None of them knows what's going on. Every question asked they need to repeat to Callum who wasnt interested at all. Popcorn without salt. Pepsi almost flat amd tasted vile nachos with cheese sauce and pot of salsa nothing else. Air conditioning blasting cold air which pretty much all of us wearing jackets inside. Toilets dirty. I think Callum need a little be of training how to deal with customers not just standing and crossing something on his papers. Won't be back.

   It's a large cinema with multiple screens, but it doesn't get a lot of custom. We went to see a movie the second day of release and it was empty. Which made for a nice date night

   This cinema felt too small. It was clean overall. There is a food place. The popcorn were good. Nachos were served with the wrong sauce, but jhelapeno portion were big. Limited sitting space outside the hall and shop area. The cinema experience were standard with no crowd.

   This would have been a perfect experience today, but for the lack of soap in the ladies toilet by screen 1, even after asking staff and l was told that they will refill within 5 minutes. On my second visit to the ladies, there at wasn't any soap. This blatant disregard for the customers hygiene and in the aftermath of COVID-19, things like this should not be downplayed at all.

   There were no sauce toppings for the ice creams that were being sold. A baby cried throughout the performance. The staff did not seem to know the policy for such an event and giggled when I told them. One finally came into the auditorium just when the baby was quiet. I was told that I could get a refund if I couldn't stay. I mentioned that getting a large party together was not easy and although a refund world be nice it wasn't ideal. .

   Had a nice time with my granddaughter but didn't realise till the end of the film that there was booster seats!! No body told me , even a worker came in and I said that my granddaughter couldn't see over the seat and she never told me there was booster seats!! Apart from that had a nice time
