   Placed order on 1st Jan. After 1 weeks rang to chase up delivery. Over the phone I got told the delay was due to them not being in stock of a couple of items. I asked them to ship the items they had in stock. After another week still no delivery. I emailed and was told they couldn't deliver til end Jan. I asked for my order to be cancelled. I've rang again twice and also emailed twice as my refund is still outstanding as of 5th Mar. I am going to contact trading standards and my credit card company.

   I have been chasing Muddy Paws for a refund since 10th February when my order was cancelled due to no stock! 3 weeks later and still no refund! They are now ignoring my calls, emails and contacts! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
