   Watched Sarvam Maya at Cineworld Ilford and had a great experience. The screen and sound quality were very good and really enhanced the movie. Seating was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. A nice place to relax and enjoy a good film. Would definitely visit again.

   Zootopia 2 – My Review After Watching It “I just watched Zootopia 2 and honestly, it was a great experience. The movie keeps the spirit of the first one but brings a fresh story with more action, comedy, and energy. The animation looks amazing — bright, detailed, and full of life. I really liked how the film mixes humor, emotional moments, and fast-paced scenes. Judy and Nick are still a perfect team, and the new storyline keeps you interested from start to finish. The music fits well, the jokes land, and the whole movie feels fun and smooth to watch. Overall, Zootopia 2 is definitely worth seeing — whether you’re a fan of animation or just want to enjoy a good movie. I highly recommend it.”

   Watched Zootopia with the family last weekend. It was enjoyable. There were 2 issues. First when we went in to find our seats, it was hard to see the seat numbers. Had to look closely with kids and food on my hand in the dark. Maybe seat numbers and letters should be highlighted or neon or have large markings on the floor to easily find it. Secondly, my 3 year old struggled to sit on the seat with it flipping back. He sat only on the edge of the seat in fear of getting flipped back. So maybe have a better seat arrangement for kids.

   Review for Screen 1 - large auditorium, felt like projection is maybe a little dated not as bright as more modern projectors but still sharp and the sound was excellent during the film itself. However, and it's a big one, both at this branch and the O2 when watching an Indian film they have Indian movie trailers on and the sound levels between trailers vary WILDLY, it's gonna either feel like your ear drums are gonna burst or it's quite as hell. Sort it out Cineworld. Id recommend not to sit in the front section (like the front quarter) of the auditorium as the screen is elevated so you'll be wringing your neck for longer films but absolutely fine for the other three quarters of the room. The pic is taken from row M, and looks smaller than it did in IRL.

   The staff at kiosks are very welcomimg, very polite and helpful, the only thing though is they should put visible numbers on the chairs so it's easy to find chosen seats. Veronica was very impressive and helpful. Well done.

   Employees were so rude, like they don't care. Gave me the wrong screen number. The snack and drink counter staffs don't even care, no commitment towards their job. Cinema was nice. Neat and clean, Good sound.

   A convenient place for locals to come and watch their fave movies, however it is also in need of a dire facelift. Not that this would happen but, fewer but larger screens would enhance the cinema experience. Currently, some of the screens are just so small that it is not much better than sitting in your own living room.

   It’s a nice small cinema. Isn’t as busy as it used to be before Covid. Reasonable ticket prices, lower if you book online. Snacks are overpriced but they have a decent range. People working behind the food counters, can work more efficiently. Security need to keep an eye on trouble makers, often those causing the problem are never asked to leave, instead those telling trouble makers to stop are escorted out.

   Frankly speaking this place has declined in various areas over the years and its awfully sad to see this. There were no hot drinks and on the last visit there were other shortcomings too. The staff are fairly nice but Cineworld is a business that has been failing and the pressure is witnessed throughout the whole business including lack of repairs and cleanliness. The seats need a refurb, mine was of a poor state. Overall this place survives because of the great films that are on show. I do like the larger screens, they're massive. Overall, sad to say, below mediocre. Sparkling customer service is what's missing from this place. But it's an easy fix! Staff need a morale boost and with a little training they can really excel. After all this place has a lot of history and great memories! Fingers crossed things improve.

   I had lost my bag , however I had the most accommodating team ever. Zainab and her colleague had come out of the cinema , into the restaurant that I had left it at to help me find it. The manager had then swiftly looked at the CCTV and had confirmed that I didn’t have any bag walking into the cinema. Lovely staff, thank you ! ! My university degree was in that bag (LAPTOP)
