   Unprofessional chemist that on two occasions failed to provide medication in a timely manner leaving me with taking reduced amounts of my heart failure medication. If you state item not in stock on the Thursday then I'd expect by communication by Monday or Tuesday if back in stock. As this is an unprofessional chemist unable to communicate, I'm having to take my vulnerable self to the chemist because they can't be bothered to answer the phone and their answering machine is always full just like the excuses given as to why medication not available. I'm told my heart medication is still not in stock and we don't know when we will get more. Now you only deal with one wholesaler so that information could have been given way beforehand but this unprofessional chemist is making out they had other choices for obtaining my heart medication. After waiting 1 week and reducing medication to half of what I'm supposed be taking putting my health at risk. I've gone there and was told a whole heap of rubbish not in stock, can't get the brand, we only have one wholesaler. I have asked for my prescription and was told by the incompetent member of staff I must go to my GP to get my prescription for the outstanding medication,this unprofessional chemist failed to provide from the prescription they had. On going to my GP they asked me why the chemist didn't just release the prescription back into the computer system that ALL chemist can access. I told GP this is what this unprofessional chemist as stated I must come to you to get my prescription issued again. GP calls this unprofessional chemist and they don't answer the phone and answering machine is full. I've had to then wait over 20 minutes to get my medication prescribed again because this unprofessional chemist didn't want to release my prescription on the computer system. Making me waste time and money and go through unnecessary stress because of the chemists unprofessional approach to treat customers. Now the second time of messing me about with my medication is I've requested medication with over one week notice and I'm down to my last day worth of medication. Again been calling this unprofessional chemist that doesn't like to answer their phone. I've had to take my sick self down there to find out where my medication is to be told rubbish "we were waiting on a delivery from the wholesalers" I've had to explain to this unprofessional chemist that I'm down to one day of medication on a Saturday. My medication was actually just sitting there waiting for collection yet this unprofessional chemist didn't call or text me that the medication was ready. When I've checked the dates on the medication they was all ready three and four days prior to my coming into the chemist with only one day worth of medication left. Absolute incompetence and unprofessionalism from this chemist. I do not recommend this chemist if you are vulnerable and need your medication on time. I do not recommend this chemist if you need to contact the chemist about anything as they don't answer the phone and the answering machine is always full. I do not recommend this chemist based on the deliberate wasting of a customers time to have their prescription reissued and being lied to that I should go to my GP for reissue.

   Really unprofessional pharmacy. Dont answer the phone and when they do they cut you off after saying what they need to. Dont have any concern for patients queries at all definitely do not recommend to anyone!!

   was referred to them by 111 operating service for medical advice. Had been told to ring them and ask for a consultation. Had been ringing them personally for about a week now, all while they were open and they did not answer the phone and honestly sometimes would decline the phone calls. Stood outside their pharmacy a couple days ago, and rang them only to see a woman decline the phone. Bear in mind, she saw it ring, and i was ringing from own personal number.ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

   As my GP had issues with flu vaccine deliveries, I popped in here whilst in Smethwick and, not only were they able to give me the flu vaccination, but also my Covid 2nd booster. Both delivered immediately with no fuss and very friendly service. Fully deserving of 5 Stars.

   Shocking pharmacist, Mr Sohota. Told my mother to go to a different chemist for her prescription . She is vulnerable, has dementia, diabetes and high blood pressure and her mobility is restricted. He refuses to dispatch her 4 weekly prescription as a one off to give us time to nominate a new pharmacist. Told me it’s not his problem that she does not have any medication left!

   Not been with this chemist long, few months at most, delivery second time, hasnt arrived and closed now. Recommended from doctors too, my mom has onset dementia and hopefully tomorrow, if they remember.....

   Great experience it's a local chemists just on the high street very convenient for local people especially for elderly and people with little kids as they don't have to travel to far and the staff is very helpful.There is other shops nearby where lots people go for their household shopping and get their medicine on the way.

   These guys are just amazing, Resham and Ranjit ive known all my life, they so helpful go that extra mile in time of need, explain each and every medication they dispense, most of all friendly always on hand for unexpected emergencies! THANK YOU, you guys know me by Ranjit serial offender for not sending in repeat prescriptions but you always handle it!
