   Amazing cinema amd staff. Free parking, competitive prices and honest staff. I lost my wallet and was contacted by the staff to collect it the next day. Im surprised at the honesty because all the money and cards were left in tact.

   Came to watch Avatar at Vue Dagenham and had a great experience overall. The venue was clean and not overcrowded. While lining up for snacks and drinks, we were assisted by Erica, who was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to help us, making the experience feel personal rather than rushed. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and set a great tone for our visit. The movie itself was fantastic, and the seats were very comfortable especially appreciated given the film was around three and a half hours long. The venue was also very clean when we were leaving. Would definitely return.

   Went along with the kids to watch the new Gabby's Doll house movie by 5pm. It weren't too busy on here especially it being the Half-term holidays. No long queues or waiting for us as we were among the first to arrive in time for our movie. Smallest sized popcorn with drinks ordered costs a around £35 for 3 persons together. All in all, kids had themselves a brilliant time and loved it here.

   Overall the cinema has changed a lot since my last visit. Big screen a alot of seating and very good ticket prices. Very good to bring kids in Only issue is snacks are extremely extremely expensive.

   Would just like to call attention to the incredibly impolite supervisor in a headscarf/glasses that served me tonight and did not say anything at all multiple times when I thanked her, just wordlessly put the things I ordered down on the counter without so much as looking at me as if she didn't have the time of day for me and very much gave the impression didn't want to deal with me. Not great customer service just attitude, all other employees seemed friendly and polite enough I can't imagine having to work under her. 2 stars because I would like to praise the incredibly cheap ticket prices with the super saver and the decent quality screens, I have seen quite a few reviews saying the screens were dirty but I found my particular screen 2 today had been cleaned and well maintained by staff (:

   The staff at the counters were incredibly helpful and the theater was spacious and uncrowded. The quality of the screen was outstanding and the sound and room temperature were perfect. There was ample parking and the screens were smaller than Vue Stratford, but you could still get good seats as it wasn't as busy. All in all, it was a great local experience.

   Nice cinema but could be cleaner ( public should put rubbish in bins provided not leave it by the seats) Popcorn £7.00 Packet of Maltesers £3.99. 3D Glasses £2.00. Not the cheap family day out if used to be but the film was good 3hours long Avatar.

   Vue is amazing on price without a doubt and the fact that they allow outside snacks to be taken in (in these difficult times) is a bonus. I just wished there was a faster way to get tickets as opposed to queuing up for the counter. Maybe a ticket kiosk like other cinema’s would be advantageous to the business

   Staff were brilliant at the counters , spacious and not crowded , quality screen , and sound and the correct room temperature. Book online VIP seats , we went in screen 1 £7.50 only Fantastic can’t go wrong , local to me gonna start making my Mondays more enjoyable from now on :)
