Personally I feel the seats are more comfortable than the other cinema chains, even when compared to the VIP seats. Snacks are always great, staff is very friendly. The only point deducted is for the lack of cleanliness in the lavatories which I guess is a side point. Overall we pick this cinema over the others most times.
Great value tickets and really nice staff. It's just a shame about the rude children and adults and their non stop taling and running about during the film. We informed the manager who told us it was fairly normal due to the cheap tickets. He was really helpful and nice. Unfortunately our experience was ruined and we won't be returning.
Loved our visit to Premier. The staff were helpful and friendly. Toilets and cinema was very clean. The cheapest cinema tickets, so didn't feel ripped off at £3.50 per ticket and £1 booking fee. Parking £1.80 for evening and that was before getting part a refund with an Asda shop!
Nice chilled out cinema which never seems super busy. Only £4 to watch a film here which is great. The seats are comfy and it's always been clean whenever I've been. Staff are friendly too.
Just went to watch Ant-Man and the Wasp. The staff are very polite, and I was served quickly. Although there were some teens who wouldn't stop talking throughout the movie, the staff politely asked them to leave without any issues. Overall, I had a good experience. I'd recommend this cinema to anyone
Cheaper and newer seats now much better than last time, unless them seats have always reclined. Stay cheaper than the big 2 please
You get what you pay for. Although now Vue has lowered it's prices, I'd rather pay the extra 99p and go there. Bigger screens in a nicer environment.
Visited as family to watch lion king family ticket cost £14 which in this day is unheard off, so fantastic value. Also purchased milkshake, large popcorn and drinks all reasonable price compared to other major brand muilt-plexes. As can be seen from photo seating fine and place clean. It's in the Mercury shopping centre so there is also parking.
A poor man's Vue cinema. If you don't have time to wait for Super Tuesday at Vue cinema, then this cinema is the best option for you. I heard about the cinema and how cheap the ticket was, so finally tried it for first time. The cinema architecture is nice and elegant, but when you actually go inside the cinema, you then see what you really paid for. I like the nice LED blue light that comes up before and after the movie showing, no cinema has this I believe. The chair was nice and comfortable, but the person I was with complained that the chair was too low. I don't know how long the cinema had been around for, but you can tell from the chair and floor that house keeping has not been kept in check most of the time. Some seats look like VIP seats but actually are faulty seats. Even the ceiling looks like to falling apart. Toilets were kept clean, they just need to update the taps. The sound quality is poor, feels like you are just watching a giant TV screen with stereo sounds. But like I said, you get what you paid for. I am not complaining, but just don't expect a Cineworld or Vue experience, because you are paying for a cheap ticket. You should understand that cinema has not been updated because of cheap tickets. As for the food, I would say they are exceptional, dare price, affordable and not too expensive. So far I enjoyed what I paid for. And I watched Logan movie.
