   Credit where credit is due, placed an order this morning and emailed the provider to ask if the item can be made smaller. A short while later received a call and was given options on what can be done, advised on how to measure to see if they can make changes and asked if I wanted to carry out the order or cancel. Will 100% pass on details to our dance school based on the outstanding customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
