    My wife and I dropped in for a quick purchase and possibly book an appointment. First impressions were of wide aisles free of clutter and special buy bins and posters. I’m disabled and although parking is a short distance away the shop is in a pedestrian only area. Staff could not have been more attentive or helpful. I made my purchase and arrangements were quickly made for some recommendations and suggestions of make up for my wife. Not only was a chair quickly found for me but Sarah could not have been any more helpful or attentive. Sarah herself was quietly confident and very knowledgeable about the products she could suggest. Sarah also in the kindest way was aware that we are both now 70+ and she could not have been any more helpful. What a great local shopping experience. Boots manager take note Sarah is a huge asset to your store.

    Took my dog to the vets over the road who recommended Piriton till we get his results back so popped into this store on the high street but unfortunately I was too honest when asked if the Piriton is for me I explained the vet has recommended it for my dog, the clerk wasn’t sure if she could sell it me so I take it she wasn’t even a pharmacist and so I was subsequently refused them I asked how is that possible when a vet has just told me to get them for my dog and was told sorry I carnt sell them to you now
