   Ordered £60 worth of tennis string on the 17/08/24. No update on dispatch until the 22/08/24 saying their systems were down despite them saying it was packaged and ready for dispatch via a courier. Overtime, I still received no updates. An email was received on the 12/09/24 saying they would refund the order - nothing has been refunded and it’s now 6/10/24. Writing this review as I’ve emailed weekly and rang the store (which just cuts off) and still, nothing. UPDATE; It’s now the 11/11/24 and still haven’t had or heard anything back.

   I purchased items from the website 23 days ago. The order has not came yet, and the only email I’ve had was the confirmation of payment after I purchased the items. I’ve tried contacting through email to request about a refund, no response and, messaged them through their websites in built query system, no response. I tried phoning their number multiple times, however the call doesn’t even ring, then it cuts out. Poor customer communication, and I’m disappointed that my order hasn’t arrived.

   I’ve ordered some squash strings online from them. Took a week and a half before the order was processed. I asked for a refund and got told the warehouse has flooded. Still no refund or strings and it’s been 2 weeks now. Supposedly it’s been dispatched. I was meant to be given a tracking number, but that hasn’t happened either. Absolutely useless and still have my money! Update: it’s still not been refunded. It’s been just under 4 weeks since they confirmed the refund request…
