   Excellent service here this morning. Gentlemen helped me to find a bargain pair of walking boots. They're perfect. I've just taken them for a spin down Erddig to test them out and I'm very pleased indeed. I've suggested to Mrs Escobar that she should go there and get a pair too. She does love her shoes.

   My friend had struggled to find ski clothing in her size with many shops not stocking anything for a fuller lady. The store manager at mountain warehouse island green wrexham was amazing! This lovely lady went over and above with customer service. The best customer service either one of us has had in years. My friend was fully kitted out and to top it off we were also given a discount for being friendly and kind customers. We also loved how she rocked her purple hair... well done mountain warehouse this lady should have a pay rise

   I had been looking for Aqua shoes for my 6 year old in the shops I’d been in but no size 13’s. As soon as I walked in today David was there to assist straight away. I told him it didn’t matter about the colour but it was for a girl he quickly found some in size 13. Very bubbly and helpful manager. Great customer service

   Very helpful young lady helped me search for what I wanted but limited choice re colour/size in store. She then looked on their main computer to find what I wanted and ordered it for home delivery. Good deals at the moment in their sales section. Store looks a bit crowded when you go in but easy to find things.
