   Staff are rude and unhelpful especially when you want to return something that's faulty. I actually found the younger sales assistant very pleasant. The quality of the uniform (Banner) is awful and doesn't last especially the school jumpers. They go out of shape, fade very quickly and holes appear on the seams. Very disappointing as the uniform is expensive

   Still waiting on my blazer for my son. Despatched 30 august. Part order gym tshirt. What a absolute disgrace. Had to buy another blazer from Deeside sports. So definitely getting a refund

   Ordered 3 items online for my daughter,pe t-shirt was tiny! Certainly labelled wrong. I asked for refund in store but as it was ordered online I had to do via the free Royal mail return service with instructions on delivery note inside parcel. We're now almost a month on from it bring 'delivered' back,numerous emails to and fro,to be told I sent it to somewhere which is not their warehouse and because they've not received the top I won't be getting a refund. It was their label with QR code I printed off! Really unpleasant, unprofessional company that I won't be dealing with again.

   School uniforms are far too expensive but this store has great staff. They are helpful, know the schools they are supplying, call you as soon as items you need are back in stock, happy to exchange items as long as labels are left on of course, and know exactly what your child will need for each school you are getting them uniforms for. Really grateful for the help I received from this store.

   Order placed 16th august . told items in stock yet i still have no delivery and no clear answers as to when i shall receive order. delays with suppliers is all i get yet suppliers shouldn't have been involved if in stock . like these uniforms are not exactly the cheapest and i had to resort to duplicating purchases to send my child back to school after summer with a complete uniform . phone lines closed and only communication is email , too which they do not answer the question ' when am i getting my order!!! will not be using monkhouse in future.

   Had to book an appointment weeks ahead so we thought the shop would be quiet and we would be able to have privacy with the purchase as we needed at least a dozen items of his uniform, shop was packed, no privacy, children everywhere around us, hard to socially distance. Assistant wasn't very good, told us thst they didn't have certain items that the school had given us on the list. I called a few days later and it turned out they did have these items. Not very organised in all honesty
