One of the employees, who alot of people have mentioned her 50s medium built, long black hair, dark eye circles & looks worn out, has a stern rude behaviour banging items after putting through cash register, she needs to be taught customer service and handling items. If she can't handle her job maybe she needs to be in an environment where she's alone, at the end of the day boots wants to make money not for customers to leave and go to other drugstores for their requirements or return items to them for being damaged then not making money and I dont understand why is she showing negative attitude to customers, she's nothing special physically or personality wise, even if you think you are supposed to behave polite and professional in customer services and retail! If that's her way then she's ought to change her way in the workplace when dealing with people who are paying towards your employer and grow up and be mature and polite how you're supposed to in this kind of professional environment!

Farath, who works at Boots Capehill, was really patient and polite when I went back into the shop to ask why I didn’t get my student discount with my Boots card. I felt a bit nervous and bad going back in because it seemed like a silly thing to make a fuss about for just £2 off, but Farath made me feel it was a reasonable, she was being kind and friendly, which I really appreciated, thank you.

Hello. I bought this bottle from capehill store. When my wife tried it. It was leaking. So i went to the store with the bill & the bottle. They didn't even listen. Said why did u open it. How can i know if the bottle it leaking or not without opening it. Then they make me stand their for about 25 minutes. Then said we cant do anything you opened it. I am very unhappy customer with the boots service. Thanks.

Boots isn't what it used to be but still a nice place with quality products at premium prices. I must say that l love their NO7 range as it is good for my skincare requirements and better than products THREE times the price.

Served by Farath on two occasions…really rude woman, rolls her eyes and has a bad attitude. I hope this review finds a manager, so they can do something about it. Or if she is the manager, boots needs to do better! The tone of her voice comes across as rude and arrogant. Isnt helpful and made me feel uncomfortable when served by her twice. Update: She is still there , literally gave me a dirty look today when I smiled at her. I don’t know why I smiled at her thinking she was going to smile back. She made that little interaction very awkward.

Well laid out shop with plenty of over head signs to guide you to what you are looking for. Staff pleasant, polite and helpful. Accessible for disabled. Flat free car park available very close.

I know people complains a lot of this boots brunch. I experienced some mess with my prescription previously, ignoring my requests to them. However I’m witnessing a progressions in the quality of services recently.

Went for a flu jab after pre booking weeks ahead, turned up and was advised no one available to do it as they had to go to another branch. Would have been nice to have been contacted to let me know.

A good place for All your toiletries and perfume /aftershaves /make ups.. I was a bit disappointed visiting boots but couldn't find a large enough shopping bag for my weekly shopping.. But purchased a standard size one of good quality and excellent value.. But I have seen larger bags than the one I purchased.. Will have a look in other boots store on my next shopping sprees..
