   I would recommend Penny. She's extremely professional and knowledgeable and has been an integral part of our "team" to help our son,even going out of her way to come for a meeting with the educational psychologist and school. When my son first met penny his was extremely angry, upset and speaking suicidally (it was absolutely heart breaking) over the past year with penny's intervention he's come on leaps and bounds to a happier more healthier individual, his confidence and cheekyness is back and we are so thrilled. We thank Penny for all her hard work and dedication.

   Penny is just fantastic I went to her a few month ago when I just didn’t know where to turn and didn’t even know if counselling was for me . Penny made me feel at ease straight away she just sat and listened and then recommended things I should do I embraced everything she asked and have turned my life around work and personal things are just getting better and better , my children live in Newcastle and I seen them last week for the first time for a while as I have not been well enough and without them knowing too much even they noticed I was looking better and back to my old self my eldest even said it was the best he had seen for for years and this is all down to the help and support of penny who I can’t thank enough , all you have to do is talk listen and act on her advice trust me you won’t be disappointed I certainly wasn’t I have actually got my life back on track .
