   My anxiety had started to take over my life. Things I used to love suddenly filled me with dread, and I began experiencing panic attacks. A friend recommended Jayne, and from our very first meeting I instantly felt comfortable and at ease with her. My struggles were grief-related, and Jayne used various techniques to help me work through them. I honestly don’t know how she’s managed it, but she’s helped me feel like myself again. After each session, I felt stronger and more in control, until I reached the point where I no longer needed to go. I can’t thank Jayne enough for her knowledge, experience, and professionalism. If something is holding you back from living your life to the fullest, I’d wholeheartedly recommend seeing Jayne. She’s truly made such a difference.

   Jayne has been brilliant for me! I first saw her about a year ago and the results were fantastic for me. Not only did I slowly loose the weight but more importantly I learned to be so much more comfortable with myself and my confidence increased massively. Unfortunately I have just been through a horrendous 7 months during which several close friends and family have passed.Things lapsed regarding my health and eating habits. However, I'm now starting to get into a better place and thanks to Jayne I am back listening to my recording daily and exercising daily. It's all falling back into place and my confidence has returned. Yes, I put a little weight back on but I'm fine with that as I realise that without Jayne I would have piled on at least 2 stone in comfort eating. Something must have still been working in my subconscious and I am absolutely sure that with Jayne behind me in my head I can do this again. Jayne is a true professional who cares about your well being and I really would recommend her.
