Jayne has been brilliant for me! I first saw her about a year ago and the results were fantastic for me. Not only did I slowly loose the weight but more importantly I learned to be so much more comfortable with myself and my confidence increased massively. Unfortunately I have just been through a horrendous 7 months during which several close friends and family have passed.Things lapsed regarding my health and eating habits. However, I'm now starting to get into a better place and thanks to Jayne I am back listening to my recording daily and exercising daily. It's all falling back into place and my confidence has returned. Yes, I put a little weight back on but I'm fine with that as I realise that without Jayne I would have piled on at least 2 stone in comfort eating.
