Attended physio appointments with Josephine Okeneye. I can highly recommend, very professional, informative, and helpful. I followed the exercises given and my issue has now been resolved.
I am coming up to my last session with Akanksha following a RTC in which I injured my fingers. I am very shy and it was a daunting prospect to attend physio however Akanksha has made me feel extremely comfortable through all my sessions and I am extremely pleased at the progress I have made. I wasn’t sure I would get full movement back in my fingers however by following the exercises and support given in my sessions I am so impressed at the range of movement that has come back in my fingers. Brilliant experience throughout and would recommend Akanksha and Sano physio to everyone. 10/10
Absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend. Akanksha was really understanding and met my needs perfectly. Range of stretches and exercises given and adapted as needed with each session. Akanksha was professional as well as easy to communicate with. Massages moved more knots than I realised I had! Will be using again!
Physiotherapist Akanksha at castleford clinic has been absolutely amazing, within just a few weeks I had full mobility back in my ankle with no pain due to the exercises and support I received from her. I’ve had quite a few physio sessions now the last 3-4 have been with Akanksha She is Absolutely brilliant I’ve seen a lot more improvement since attending sessions with this lovely lady. I’m really gutted that my sessions won’t be continued with her as I feel I was finally getting somewhere with my injury’s. Thank you so much for always listening and getting me as far as I have now! You are a credit to sano physiotherapy.
Josie was amazing. She took time and showed genuine concern when she first started treatment on me. 3 months after my accident I feel loads better as well as having some knowledge and tools to help myself on the rest of my recovery.
Referred by Sano and Josie was my Physio. She was lovely and helpful in talking me through the expectations and progression of my physio. She did everything she could to progress my recovery from an injury and gave me some really good advice. I would recommend her to anyone for Physio.
Josie is amazing, would highly recommend her. So helpful and empathetic! After seeing a few physios with no joy/improvement Josie was brilliant, not only did she locate the issue and support improvement she also educated me on the 'whys' and 'hows' so I could understand the pain and the related improvement exercises! Great physiotherapy sessions with Josie Hewson. Felt listened to and supported fully with both the emotional and physical issues I presented with. Referred to SANO through work with a knee problem. Looked after by Josie, she was fantastic at her job and identified the issue with my knee first session which my GP never did find. If I need a physio again I will go without if I cant have Josie look after me. Thank you Josie for sorting my knee.
