Small amateur dramatics theatre. Only a few shows per year but always good quality entertainment. Fantastic value. Bar and snacks available pre and post performance, and in the interval. Just hope this small theatre can survive, the local authority wants to massively increase the rent.

I was impressed by Saturday matinee performance of Arsenic & Old Lace, which was very enjoyable. Nice to be able to meet cast afterwards. Lovely intimate theatre space, with friendly and helpful staff.

This is a really lovely small venue that regularly puts on amateur dramatic performances. The drinks are cheap and the staff are really friendly- a great way to spend f a night out!

We're just seen the Woman in White. What a great theatre. Everyone is so nice, the theatre is lovely and comfortable and a good production. Good scenery, lighting, sound and music and of course the performers. A thoughtful play, very well done. Thanks for a great time

It was a little tricky to find, at first especially as I don't know the area. But once found, it was superb I absolutely loved it. The decor took me back to I don't know the 20s/30s (if my era is correct) either way it was definitely not modern and took me back in time, even the staff dress was very suit and tie dapper. It is quite a quaint theatre but you still have space, the play I watched was fantastic I thoroughly enjoyed it. It also had a bar area which I liked it kept in with the theme and the prices for snacks and drinks were not extortionate. They have an outside area for you to sit etc or smoke, and yeah overall it's a lovely theatre and I had a lovely evening.

The home of the EAST LANE AMATEAUR THEATRE COMPANY. An excellent company whose presentations are very good. I am a regular patron together with friends from our tennis club. Easy free car parking.
