Great venue, well organised inside once you finally get there. It's not the easiest place to get to depend on where you are traveling from. Food availability and bar etc were good, but the venue, really cold the night we visited if you are just standing watching something I have never watched a gig in doors with my coat on before, there was like a constant really cold wind blowing through the vast building. Even the Hives singer commented on how cold the venue was and they came from Scandinavia!!

A really beautiful theatre, easy access and everything just seemed so well organised. We watched Christmas Carol which was superbly done, somehow the old dilapidated conditions of the theatre fitted this play well. We just loved the style of the theatre and I hope this won’t change too much, seating is fantastic offering excellent viewing all around. I hope to come again because we had a beautiful experience thank you.

Awesome venue, great food court/bar area, well worth the long track up the hill to get there. It has been years since I last came and there has been lots of positive changes to the venue

Visited theatre to watch a performance and it was close to train station- you get buses running back and forth. Had a nice cafe to relax, semi clean bathrooms, the seats we sat on for the show were movable chairs so somewhat comfortable but the staff was friendly. Did enjoy sitting in the garden outside as it has lovely views.

Aesthetic place and give an enjoyment of the show. Great layout space and very accessible. Provide a lot of food and drinks and a very quick grab while on the break, staff are very friendly and great hospitality. Definitely come back again for another show in the future.

Great venue. More potential. Needs LOTS of work. 4 stars for the actual venue, 2 stars for the service. Bar staff needs a major attitude adjustment or possibly a basic crash course in hospitality service. I was planning to give it one star, but I'm hopeful. I know it's a new venture, but I am a paying customer not a rough sleeper queuing for free food. Usher also don't know where the seat numbers are, as clueless as the audience. The blind leading the blind. Sad really. The space is massive. I love it. The acoustics, much less so. Actors need lapel microphones. Without, I couldn't understand 25% of the script mainly because it's the round, and actors have to turn around 360 degrees.

I visited the theatre to watch Persuasion (very good btw) and was impressed by the many thoughtful touches to add to the comfort of users of the space. The seats in the theatre are comfortable - nicely cushioned. We sat in the raised tier which gave good sightlines to the stage. The acoustics were good. There is a bar and coffee shop in the main hall leading into the theatre (which also has a window looking on to the ice rink) and several free water refill machines. Paper cups a used and there are recycling bins for cardboard in the hall. There is cycle parking right outside. The W3 bud stops right outside and connects with Finsbury park or wood green stations. There is car parking available too.

Fantastic old victorian theatre, sympathetically restored with well layed out comfortable seats. Good choice of drinks available at reasonable prices. Toilets are very clean & everything works. My only one criticism was that the sound wasn't always quite loud enough & we lost some of the dialogue especially when they were moving scenery which was a shame.

The theatre is much smaller than the main performance space but still a good sized venue. It looks great in its partly restored state and sound is excellent. The floor in the stalls is flat, which makes viewing for shorter people difficult, but there is also a seated balcony. There are bars and food stalls on-site at reasonable prices and a cloakroom. Toilets are large and clean. The only downside of the venue is that it's a long way from the tube station which makes it difficult to get the last train out of London, if you don't live there but there are multiple car parks nearby. Beware the ULEZ if you choose to drive.
