   A lovely festive time at Fairfield watching Beauty & The Beast. Great show with superb actors, script and costumes. Venue itself is lovely. Lots of spacious seats, bar and chill area. Toilets clean. Friendly and polite staff.

   Although it was a journey, I managed to get there for an author talk, with Stephanie Garber, discussing her latest novel, Alchemy of Secrets. It was easy to find and tge building itself was decently laid out. The event was a Waterstones one, so I can't give a review on customer service, as I have no idea who was actually working fir the building. But altogether a pleasant experience.

   The Festival Halls is a underrated venue that still packs a punch whatever you have gone to see, whether it is a concert or a play. The views are e good from all the seats I have been in and they are also comfortable and settle you into your chosen entertainment. The entrance auditorium is airy and spacious which continues through to the main auditorium itself.

   Such a great experience. Sometimes you feel like your at an airport atmosphere wise when you enter be a venue. But tonight was a breeze thanks to your amazing staff! What an asset! Sometimes It can be nervy going to concerts as a single bloke. But again your staff made me feel so welcome. Thank you.x

   Awful experience. Reported someone talking through the whole first act and they said they'd reseat us or keep and eye on the very drunk women behind us. Nothing happened and they ruined the whole show for most of us in that area. Staff were just sitting at the back on their phones. Avoid if you actually want to experience a show and not people chatting behind you.

   The spot in our town, we should support culture here. Was amazing to see concert hall full of people ( La Boheme) I am sure that I will looking for more interesting things to see in Fairfield Halls.

   My first time back to Fairfield Hall after the refurbishment. It was well overdue. It looks fantastic modern clean and airer the place has come alive again. Went to see Beauty and the Beast the Christmas pantomime It’s lively, funny most enjoyable worth going to see.
