   You get so much more than you pay for! I have used Nicky twice now for full assessments and I can confirm that she is worth every penny and more. I first used her when my child was struggling at school but my concerns were not taken seriously. After scouring the internet high and low I found Nicky, not only was she extremely friendly and helpful but she was also the cheapest I could find by at least £200. Nicky picked up several areas of difficulty. Her report and the evidence in it helped me to get a referral accepted. My child has since been diagnosed (not with DCD as I originally thought, but her assessment helped to rule out DCD and encouraged me and his paediatrician to look down other avenue's. I have used her again recently as my other child was presenting with difficulties that I believed were not being observed by their school. Again, her assessment picked up several areas of difficulty that were being missed. Her report also has lots of helpful suggestions to help the school support my child's needs. I have recommended Nicky to others and would not hesitate to use her again. She really does go above and beyond to help the children who she works with. I could not have asked for a better service!    My son had a handwriting assessment with Nicky, as he finds getting his thoughts down on paper a real challenge. Nicky was great, and she really put us both at ease. I stayed to observe, and the assessment lasted for around 2 and a half hours. Nicky created a rapport with H straight away and talked him through every stage of the process. The report we received back was incredible! The vast amount of information that Nicky gleaned from the assessment was amazing. She identified that dysgraphia and hypermobility were both factors, and recommended that we arrange for a dyslexia screening as well. The recommendations in the report have all been implemented by H’s school, and it has made a massive difference to his handwriting output, and to his self esteem as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicky. The whole process will have taken her many hours, including writing up her findings, it was definitely value for money. Nicky’s knowledge and experience are clear to see, and she is happy for us to email or phone with any further queries that we have. She also asked that we send her updates as to how H gets on in the future, and this shows that she really does care about the children she has been involved with. Thanks Nicky!

   I have been impressed with Nicky and her approach to handwriting assessments. They feel robust and thorough. The reports are comprehensive and very helpful with clear recommendations, e.g. for home, primary school and planning ahead for senior school. Nicky comes across as very caring and supportive. Should we ever need to I would again use Nicky’s services.

After previous interactions and much needed support for school from age 4 to 7 there is no one I trust more to understand my daughter and her needs.    Nicky was warm and welcoming to my son and immediately put him at ease. The Covid precautions in place were also excellent. She was able to see my son very promptly and provided a highly detailed and insightful report showing great understanding of my son's difficulties, which I have been able to forward to my son's school. She also provided exercises, tips and advice on aids and strategies to help him. I would highly recommend her services and her communication and professionalism were excellent throughout.

   I was recommended Nicky by a friend. My son was having difficulties at school especially with handwriting and physical coordination. We got an appointment really quickly and my son was assessed and we had a report that school could work with. Nicky is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at ease. She has a huge amount of patience with children who sometimes find it difficult to cooperate with the assessment. The report was really clear and the school made a comment that it was the best report they had seen because the recommendations were so clear and they knew what they needed to do to make things easier for my son. Seeing Nicky has helped us no end. My son is much happier at school and his teachers are much more accommodating of him.
