Jess was brilliant! She is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Jess helped to ease the shoulder and hip pain that I have been having for sometime now and she told me what I can do to help prevent them from getting like that in the future. I'll definitely be heading back to get some other niggles looked at!
Jess is very knowledgeable, she can accommodate a wide variety of needs and is an excellent help when you’re trying to figure out the cause of your aches and pains. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and she is truly a really kind and genuine person. I also love her room, it’s always clean, light and cosy, the perfect place to relax.
You need to go into the CrossFit gym to find the massage room. Jess was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Worked on my problem areas and gave advice. Would recommend and will definitely be making monthly visits. Many Thanks.

Fantastic massage here from Jess - my shoulders feel so much less tense and I was shown some stretches which are really helping. The hot stones felt wonderful! I found the online booking system easy to use and very convenient. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.
