A large and decent selection of good quality equipment, generally higher end stuff than what you'll find in similarly priced stores. Staff generally busy but always friendly and happy to help once approached.

Really bad customer service, walked in and the two women were just talking proper loud and not helping out at all. They were by the till for like 5 minutes and when we went by the till they said it had 'frozen' absolutely disgraceful. Don't recommend to anyone at all, prices are also really high for basic DofE kit. DON'T GO HERE AT ALL
