Absolutely awful customer service - no refunds given and quality shocking. I have a credit not now which I probably will not use as I have my sons uniform from monkhouse in crosby. A little bit more expensive but much better quality. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SHOPPING AT PAULS PLACE BOOTLE
School cardigans that been worn for 5 weeks now looks worn and full of bobbles. Shop said they cannot do anything about that. Cardigans quality is really bad. Checked my girls last year ones(bought from different shop) and they do look better after a full year use than these. Definitely not buying again from Pauls Place.

Needed a button for my Granddaughters school cardigan as unfortunately lost one. The cardigan doesn't have spare inside probably due to cost cutting. The lady in the shop looked everywhere to try and locate one but didn't have one. Gave me one that was close enough. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
I have been shopping here for many years from primary school wear to high school, always will to help with what the kids need, get everything under one roof. Prices are really good, i do like that can pay threw out the year to help sort kids out when the due back. That really helps when got q couple of kids to sort all at once it does at up as anyone knows. Keep up the great work all stuff I will see you in October to start my plan for 2021.
Badly managed since new owners a couple of years ago. Que today way past McDonalds. Only open 10 - 4 but closed so ALL 5 staff could lunch together leaving families with small children waiting outside. Sign said back at 2pm but opened back at 2.15. Ques and restricted access are unavoidable during this crisis but most businesses to their best to make it easier. Not this shop. To top it all off, young shop assistants running around messing about when we were eventually allowed in. Disgusted. Wont be back.
