Nice small theatre next to Leicester square. Always coming up with some interesting productions. Clean spaces. Super kind and helpful stuff.

We just watched High Noon at the Harold Pinter Theatre. The venue has great atmosphere and sound, making it easy to stay focused on the show. The plot and the acting were perfect.

We just had the privilege of attending a matinee of the Weir, starring Brendan Gleason, it was fantastic. We have been lucky enough to have visited this great theatre many times over the past 20 years or so and had a great experience every time. This lovely theatre has super staff, just a heads up to visitors, the lovely stalls bar is quite tight for space, the staff are really lovely but you need to be ok with lots of folk in a small area. Folks, Do mind yourselves and take care when moving about the stalls areas and walkways as folks can take things at a rush and not always paying a heed to the safety of older folks or those less able. Thanks to lovely staff and all cast and crew for this outstanding show.

My first visit to the Harold Pinter. For £25 I got a ticket in the top gallery to the magnificent Martin Shaw in a matinee performance of A Man for All Seasons. The warnings of restricted view when I booked were only true when the person in the row in front of me lent forward, which wasn’t often. I’m of slightly above average height, and unlike some old theatres, there wasn’t a problem with leg room. It’s a long way down to the stage, but the sound carries up to these lofty seats very well. I took along a pair of small binoculars (opera glasses size): it was useful to see the nuances of the show every so often. There are bars on all floors, and it’s a nice convenience to get a drink during the interval without fighting the whole theatre converging on one small bar. I think I would definitely factor the above in if I am going to a show and I have a choice of theatres. One up for The Harold Pinter.

Located centrally just a stones throw from China town and Leicester Square. Sat in the stalls on probably one of the hottest day. AC was average: managed with shorts and a shirt. The seats in mid stalls to back are absolutely terrible with low hanging ceiling and the pole in the way especially if you are sat in the middle from anywhere from row O onwards to U. It literally divides the stage into two.

Nice west end theatre with a good atmosphere. They have the usual bar's and also an app that allows you to get deliveries to your seat. For once the toilets (downstairs), compared to other such theatres, were a reasonable size and so we did not have the usual queues. We were in the Dress Circle (d10,11) and the seats are tight, both in leg room and width. I am a slim build and 6ft and I fit in, but if you are bigger then it could be very tight. The Dress Circle is very high up compared to some places. The seats are very raked so you get a good view but you do look down at the stage (see picture). As for the performance of The Seagull that we saw, that was excellent. Even though they had no scenery it worked. It is the great thing about theatre that you can drive the use of imagination! First act, (1h20m) was quite funny, the second (40min) much deeper. Great acting by everyone.

Great theatre, lots of character, comfy seats, polite and helpful staff. Good views from the stalls. Drinks and snacks priced at the upper end of what I expect at the theatre (£9+ for a glass of prosecco, £4 for a pack of chocolate buttons). Urinals smelled quite badly (cubicle was reasonable), and it was very hot inside the auditorium so although the seats were quite nice (for theatre seats) it was a bit distracting to have Shrek set up camp in my butt crack arguing over who's swamp it was. Overall a great theatre for a fun night out.

A lovely intimate theatre. Wouldn’t recommend sitting up in the balcony as you’ll feel very disconnected. The front row of the dress circle is normally my seats of choice. Staff are friendly and welcoming and quick bar service. The front of house areas are small so the interval can be quite crowded. Overall a great venue to visit.

Lovely theatre and currently hosting The Human Voice. Theatre is centrally located and just off Leicester Square. Good access for all patrons. Snacks and drinks are all available. Front row seats can be slightly limiting on the performance of this play. Play itself was excellent and well executed.
