   Viewed this nursery months ago, on the basis that we need 1-day per week childcare for our daughter from September. Clarified that it would only be for 1-day at multiple times (during the visit, and on numerous phone calls checking on progress) as some nurseries have a 2-day minimum. Spent over 4-months waiting to hear back about whether or not she had a place, for the manager to then tell us that to get the government funding for working families, we needed to have her in nursery for 2-days per week minimum. I read up on the funding Ts & Cs and phoned back to discuss this further as that isn’t the case. Eventually got told that it’s Noodles who stipulate 2-days minimum, and we’d been misinformed every other time we’ve spoken to them. Firstly - train your staff properly, so they don’t misinform parents of your policies. Secondly - when you make a mistake, don’t try & lie to people to cover it up. Noodles have wasted a lot of my time, and left us in a position where less than 4-weeks before she’s due to start nursery, we now need to go out & find one!

   Amazing team at Noodles nursery. I crnt thank you enough for the support i received while Logan was here all them years Nicky, Josh Kelly Ash and rest of the team. They really helped my son Logan through his speech and gave him the extra support he needed as well as my self. I wouldn’t be were I am today if it wasn’t for this nursery thank you so much!! We miss use all

   My two daughters have gone to this nursery they both loved it Evelyn recently graduated and is still asking to go back every day she started in the toddler room and had a great bond with Ashleigh and then went on to the pre school room and fell in love with Kelly all staff are amazing and supporting they have a app for parents we are sent pictures and updates an if I had an questions I felt at ease knowing I could message an would always get a reply I’ve even messaged the managers on the app over advise an always had reply’s thank you all!
