   I first attended one of Nick Kemp's trainings fifteen years ago just after I finished my qualifications in garden design.    I Can only add my opinion from the participant's point of view. So. I had a grat pleasure of attending two different types of workshops made by Nick: Provocative Change Works (in Poland and in Hungary) and Stories From The Outside Inn in Leeds. Well, I like the style of Nick's way of work in general, but going in to the details that will be: working on just right here and now, a great sense of humor, flexibility and challenging the group. You can be surprised but never get bored. I highly recommend the training and workshops to all of You who are interested in improving the skills and get the level up in personal development. Warning! Don't do that if You are not ready for the change. Might be extremely hard to get back to the previous state. So if You are ok about where are You now, that's all right. Enjoy!

His teaching is backed by the wealth of his own clinical experiences. Nick has been developing PCW based on thousands of hours using with real clients. 2. Nick has keen sense to organize his training to be effective and fun with multi-layerd exercises. Participants laugh, get surprised, and explore plenty in his training. 3. The feedback from participants has been consistently high--this is what's most important as the organizer. After many seminars he's done in Japan, he still brings fresh, new teaching.
