Wonderful nursery. Our son has gone from babies to tots to toddlers and all the staff have been lovely. He has been especially fond of Liv and Ellie, and is continuing to bond with staff in toddlers.
My son started at Kids Planet Frodsham when he was 2 years old, and it was clear from the start that we had made the right choice. As a family new to Frodsham and expecting our second child, we were initially overwhelmed with the process of registering at a new nursery. I was particularly concerned as a mother of a bilingual child who spoke very little at the time. However, Nichola immediately put me at ease, warmly welcoming us and explaining everything perfectly, from start dates to funding. Her responsiveness made us feel confident and comfortable throughout. My son began in the toddler room, where he was treated with genuine love and care. The staff were incredibly supportive, especially in encouraging him to start potty training, become more independent, and even brush his own teeth. Special thanks to the amazing toddler room team: Chantelle, Brooke, Mason, Shannon, Chloe, Mariia, and Ellie. They made my son's experience so enjoyable that he quickly bonded with the other children and loved going to nursery each day. One visit stands out in my memory: I arrived during a busy lunchtime to pick up my son, and being heavily pregnant, I was offered a seat and a drink—such a kind gesture. Despite the bustling environment, I was impressed by how alert the staff were, ensuring every child's safety. When my son was ready to move to the pre-school room, I was a bit anxious. However, nursery manager Leanne reassured me, letting me know that some of my son's friends were moving with him, which made the transition easier. In the pre-school room, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Murray, Danielle, Joanne, Jamie-Lee, Carla, and Claire. They kept me fully informed about my son’s day, both through the Parent Zone app and in person during pick-up. The staff’s attentiveness to my son’s needs was exceptional. I always sent him with a change of clothes, and on the rare occasions I forgot, they provided spares, ensuring he was comfortable. The nursery’s communication is excellent—they quickly inform and seek permission if my son is unwell or has a minor issue, and they resolve it with care. I recall one instance where my son was upset after being pushed by another child. The staff handled the situation kindly, teaching him about “kind hands”—a phrase he now amusingly uses with his 7-month-old sister. The kitchen team, Luke and Hannah, do a fantastic job preparing healthy and tasty meals that cater to my son’s dietary needs. The activities offered by the nursery are also exceptional, designed to be both fun and educational, helping to enhance knowledge and development. The professionalism of the nursery is evident in everything they do, from the clear photos they post on Facebook (which I love sharing with my son’s grandparents abroad) to the flexibility they offer with emergency sessions. I’ll never forget how Leanne arranged an emergency session for my son when I unexpectedly went into labour. It was such a relief to know he was in good hands. Kids Planet Frodsham has been amazing from the start. All the staff are professional, caring, and work well together in a setting that is nothing short of outstanding. We feel incredibly lucky to have had our son with them. The only thing I would have loved is for him to join more pre-school trips, but I understand these often didn’t coincide with his morning sessions. This review is about the baby room at kids planet Frodsham. Babies are left in wet and dirty clothes - covered in food. Prescribed creams are not applied as directed. When children are crying they are ignored and left to sob as witnesses multiple times. Joining fee not returned if you leave after a few weeks after such a shocking experience. Would not recommend.

Excellent nursery, with staff who really care about your children. They tailor care to each child and our two kids have come on leaps and bounds since starting here. An excellent nursery. Well where can I start with this amazing place, our daughter started here when she was roughly 18months old after moving from another nursery , every single member of staff that was part of our daughters journey through the nursery has turned our baby into a clever, polite and caring little girl , I honestly couldn't thank the staff enough for what you have all done , always going that extra bit to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for the children, We will never forget you all for helping her start her life journey and I know Lucy will never forget you aswell, I know if the future ever brings us the opportunity to come back to this amazing place you will be first on our list .
